• Wait time rates: For roundtrips with drop-off addresses over 25 miles from our office location in Huntsville, AL 35801 as well as for those who request wait time, a wait time rate of $30.00 per hour billed in 60-minute increments applies.
• Surcharge rates: For trips with pick-up addresses over 15 miles from our office location in Huntsville, AL 35801, for each mile over 15, a surcharge rate of $3.75 per mile for wheelchair transportation or a surcharge rate of $2.75 per mile for ambulatory transportation applies.
• Afterhours rates: For trips outside our operation hours, the base rate increases to $50.00 each way.
